Rouge MLS is the answer to a broken real estate marketing system & a Multiple Listing Service held hostage.

We are an Arizona-based MLS solution for residential real estate agents who are tired of the current restrictions put in place by the associations that dictate our industry. Associations that we have no say in whether we wish to become a member or not.

What makes us different?

You DO NOT have to be a member of NAR for access -just hold a valid real estate license in the state of Arizona (yes, you commercial folks -that means you as well).

Your leads come to YOU -we do NOT syndicate listing info, this means you get the inquiries directly. This also means there are homes here that you won't find on ANY other website/MLS for sale.

You do NOT have to pay an annual subscription, it's pay as you go and only for what you use (buyer's agents will have free access after a 1-time account set up fee & can list at any time). Right now the plan is a sliding payment scale that will be set up for agents who list high volume & eventually, after a certain point, listings are free for high volume producers. We are still working out the details & will keep you advised.

Co-Broker fees are NOT required & are publicly disclosed fostering discussion & understanding for the general public & their buyer agents. This will also keep you compliant with new regulations coming down after the lawsuit NAR is settling.

We promise not to sell to Zillow. Scouts honor.

We are also not brokerage owed, just some brokers and agents with IT backgrounds coming together to solve a problem within our industry. The playing field will be level & will stay that way.
